Field Supervisors – Every new home project is supervised by one of our field staff to ensure your project is completed on time. Should a problem arise, our supervisors are trained to handle the situation, make project related decisions, and ensure that neither your project schedule nor product quality is compromised.

Tradesware™ - This is Canyon’s proprietary software system designed for the plumbing & heating industry. Our software allows us to monitor all projects from beginning to end, ensuring nothing is missed, and that labor demands are met. A few of its features includes:

  • labor demand forecasting
Trained Sales Professionals – In addition to being knowledgeable in all things relating to plumbing & heating, our showroom sales and service team is segmented by industry, ensuring that the consultant that deals with your client is well-informed about your business, your processes, and your products.

We employ two consultants who deal exclusively with the design and renovation industry and four who are focused on the new home building market. For new home builders, your company will be assigned to a single consultant who will learn about your specific floor plans, and will be better equipped to work directly with your clients.
