Ensuring your visit to Canyon is a good one, starts with a bit of planning. We request that all our clients call ahead to book a personal consultation with a showroom representative. This enables us to ensure you get the attention you deserve and that there is plenty of time for questions and browsing in the showroom.
When you arrive, you will be greeted by the showroom hostess who will offer you a beverage and take a few moments to ensure all of your account details are in order. You will then be seated in the lounge and given a short questionnaire to fill out. This will help us understand your design/decorating style, your specific needs, your budget, and your timeline.

Once you are joined by your showroom representative, there will be a quick review of your account and questionnaire, and then the fun begins! Your showroom representative is a professional and will guide you to the appropriate sections of the showroom and show you items that are well suited to your style and personal needs.
